Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the QubixCards (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift Card”). Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you, the Cardholder, and QubixCards (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By activating or using the Gift Card, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Definitions
  • “Cardholder” denotes the individual who initially purchased the Gift Card, as well as any subsequent holders of the Gift Card, regardless of whether they are registered.
  • “Denominated Currency” means pounds sterling or euro.
  • “Gift Card” refers to the QubixCards issued by Nuartes Transfers Sl and distributed by us. Please note that this Gift Card is not subject to the Payment Services Regulations 2009 or the Electronic Money Regulations 2011.
  • “You” and “your” pertain to the Cardholder.
  • We, us, or our – Nuartes Transfers SL, with a registered address at Paseo Sant Joan, 6, PTA. 1, 08010, Barcelona, Spain., with the postal code 08010. The company is duly registered in the Commercial Registry of the province of Barcelona.
  • Website” refers to the website located at qubixcards.com.

QubixCards

The QubixCards Gift Card is a prepaid payment card that can be used to purchase from a selection of branded gift cards at qubixcards.com. A comprehensive list of participating brands can be found on our website. Please note that the Gift Card cannot be used directly with the retailers and must be exchanged at www.qubixcards.com.

We update our list of participating brands on a regular basis, but we cannot guarantee that the list is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to withdraw or change the range of brands available at any time and without prior notice.

The Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or last load.

Your Gift Card is not a credit card and is not linked to your bank account in any way. Funds held by us on your behalf are not considered deposits, and you will not earn any interest on the funds loaded onto your Gift Card.

Buying, Loading, and Activating Your Gift Card

Gift Cards can be purchased through our B2B team, who can be reached at https://qubixcards.com/contact-us/. The Gift Card is preloaded with funds at the time of purchase. To add more funds to your Gift Card, please get in touch with our customer service team.

Cancellation and Refund Procedure

Purchasers of Qubix Cards are entitled to a 14-day “Cooling-Off Period.” To request a refund, please contact us with the details of your Qubix Cards (including your original order information). A full refund will be issued to the card used to purchase the Qubix Cards. Please note that once you have used your Qubix Cards to purchase your chosen branded gift card, it will no longer be possible to cancel your Qubix Cards, SecureLink, or branded gift card, so please check carefully before confirming your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Qubix Cards is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Treat your Gift Card like cash and keep it secure. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to Qubix Cards Customer Support using the contact information provided on the Qubix Cards website.

Modifications to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be accessible on our website. If you do not agree with the changes, you will not be eligible to purchase a Qubix Cards.
